Grandma’s Quilt

head

It’s tattered, worn, and falling apart so it had finally been put in the “throw out” pile when I rescued it. Hand-pieced and stitched by my great-grandmother who was a born and bred Kentuckian, she preserved bits of history through scraps of cloth. Three generations later, I love that I’m now preserving that in my own way!
